Hi, I’m Kari

I’m on a mission to make business strategy accessible, engaging and impactful.

Why? Because running a business isn’t easy and having someone who's got your back can make all the difference. Building a business is a team sport– it’s about collaborating together, bringing fresh energy and building something bigger than yourself.

I spent most of my career in big organizations including PwC and the United Nations, where I helped design big projects, making them both impactful and financially viable. But it was when friends started asking for my advice on growing their own businesses that I decided to create a business of my own. My knack for keeping an eye on the big picture while managing the details – and doing it with empathy, curiosity and joy - shapes how I work with my clients.

That's why I decided to focus on strategy, not just in the corporate world but for small businesses too. I love helping my clients think bigger and more creatively about their businesses, pushing them to see beyond the day-to-day and embrace new possibilities. For me, it's about not only about building a deep understanding for a business problem, but also building a deep connection with those I work with.

I have an MBA from Georgetown University and additional certifications in strategy development and coaching, but it’s the connections with the people I work with and the breakthroughs we achieve together that really light me up.

Outside of work, I’m all about adventures with my family in tropical Panama where we currently live. I’m married with three boys, and you won’t find me sitting on the sidelines – I’m right there playing basketball, cycling, and even salsa dancing. It’s this balance of work and play, challenge and joy, that makes it all so exciting.
